The evaluation process during the partnership was very important to all participating organisations. There were several levels of evaluation, each leading to adjustments of the project work on both local and European levels.
Evaluation on a local level
Every participating organization held evaluation meetings on a local level. These meetings mostly happened during the meetings of the local working group, in particular before and after the transnational meetings. They focused both on the progress of the project work on a local level (involvement, fulfillment of requirements, mobilities) and on the project work on an international level.
Evaluation during/after the transnational meetings
At the end of each transnational meeting, all participants were asked to complete an evaluation form, which had two parts: Part I contained questions about the meeting and the partnership; Part II contained questions for self-assessment.
In general, the answers given were positive, and we received good feedback from all participants.
Evaluation of the overall partnership
The coordinators in the partner organizations were asked to fill in an evaluation form together with their local working groups both before the interim report (interim evaluation) and before the final report (final evaluation). These forms contained general questions about the partnership, its objectives and aims, the involvement of each partner, the number of mobilities, etc.
This process worked very well; both times the turnout was 9 out of 10. We summarized these evaluations and used the results for the interim and the final report.
